Each session is grounded in science but filled with laughter, empathy, and empowerment. Her programs teach women how to train in sync with their hormones, rebuild foundational strength, and feel more capable in every part of life.

Personal Life
Shannon is a proud mom to her son Luca (born April 2024) and a lifelong cat mom since 2011. She understands firsthand the ups and downs of pregnancy, recovery, and rediscovering strength and confidence in motherhood.
When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her sipping coffee, chasing her toddler, or badly jump-dancing to keep her little one entertained.
Mission
To help women build strength that enhances their lifestyle — not takes it over.
You don’t need a perfect plan. You need a plan that works for you.
