I’m Shannon Eberly - an Exercise Physiologist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and new mom who helps women build strength and confidence through all stages of life: pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause.

Experience & Education

  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2016

  • Trained in a rugged basement boxing gym with top amateur and professional fighters in New York

  • Worked with major fitness brands such as Life Time, Orangetheory Fitness, and boutique studios in NYC

  • Founded Shannon Eberly Fitness LLC in 2020

  • Earned a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology in 2023

Exercise Philosophy

Fitness shouldn’t feel like a punishment or a big event - it should fit into your real life.

I believe in creating workouts that are enjoyable, sustainable, and effective, even in the busiest seasons of motherhood.

Every session is grounded in science, but filled with laughter, community, and compassion.

Personal Life

I’m a proud mom to my baby boy (born April 2024) and a cat mom since 2011.

I understand firsthand the ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and rebuilding your strength and energy after birth.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me sipping coffee, chasing my little one, or badly jump dancing to keep my baby and partner entertained.
