Assessements take 30-45 minutes. No equipment is necessary. Please just wear comfortable clothing and have a little space to perform some basic movements, such as squats, plank holds, and various flexibility exercises. We will also discuss your current fitness level, background, goals, and equipment available. From here, I will create a customized exercise program for you
