Location: Lawrence D. Enrietto Park, Louisville, CO
What do I need? A mat or towel, water, and any entertainment for your child if they come (toys, snacks, etc.)
Who is this for? All levels and all stages of life - prenatal, postpartum, peri/menopause, and everything in between. Not a mom, but want community? Please come!
Cost? This is a donation based class. Each month 25% of the proceeds go to a different organization/charity focusing on women’s health.
Times & Dates? Every Monday & Friday at 9am in Lawrence D. Enrietto Park, Louisville, CO
