Pregnancy: You’re building a life inside of you. Let’s say that again…I’m building a life inside of me. Holy sh*t, that’s a big deal. You’re tired and uncomfortable, but you know exercise is going to make you feel better and stronger. You also have heard the term “pelvic floor” 800 times already.
Menopause: There’s not a lot of information out there and it’s frustrating. Your body is really starting to change, and you just want to hold on to yourself and your strength.
Everyone: You want strength you can feel: carrying the car seat without wincing, climbing stairs without huffing, feeling like you again.

WEEKS 1-4 STABILIZE & RECONNECT - Breathing, bracing, posture, tempo control; low impact conditioning
WEEKS 5-8 BUILD STRENGTH - Progressive loading, unilateral focus, carry variations; optional hypertrophy for those equipped
WEEKS 9-12 STRENGTH > POWER - Safe power options (controlled plyometrics), conditioning finishers scaled to joints + cycle

MOM STRONG 12 WEEK PROGRAM: $549 PAY-IN-FULL (Best value) or $199/month
FOUNDING RATE IS GRANDFATHERED IN as long as you stay active. Spots capped to protect 1:1 time.
CONSISTENCY GUARANTEE: Do 10+ workouts in the first 4 weeks and complete your check-ins. If you don’t feel measurably better (strength, energy, or symptoms), I will automatically enroll you into the next 12-week cohort. Zero drama.

Can I join if I’m pregnant or postpartum? Yes, all workouts are modified weekly.
What if I miss a virtual session? Recordings of the planned workout or rescheduling is available each week
Do I need a gym? Nope! We build around your space and equipment. Recommendations for purchasing additional equipment may be made.
What happens after 12 weeks? We continue into the next phase with updated and progressed workouts.
